Liver Flushing

A liver flush is said to be a very beneficial procedure, although as yet there is no scientific evidence that can actually substantiate this particular claim.

However, it is recommended that before you proceed with a liver flush you drink apple juice for 2 to 3 days before.  You can if you wish also include other fresh fruits and vegetables along with the apple juice.  The reason that you should drink apple juice is because it contains malic acid which dissolves and softens gallstones, which will in turn make a liver flush more successful.  It is best that when drinking apple juice you use fresh juice that has been made from organic apples.

By carrying out a liver flush, you are not only cleansing it of gallstones, but it is said to dramatically improve your digestive system as well.  Often people have found that after a liver flush their allergies seem to have disappeared (if they suffer from any), and many find that shoulder, upper arm and upper back pain has also been eliminated.  Also anyone who has carried out a liver flush has found that they have more energy than they use to have as well as feeling much better about themselves.

Unfortunately you do need to be careful when carrying out a liver flush as some possible problems or complications can arise.  Some people when carrying out a liver flush may suffer from nausea, vomiting or diarrhea during it.  Also in some cases the oily or fatty components that have been caused by a liver flush may actually cause the gallbladder to contract and this could lead to problems in people who are suffering from large gallstones.  For these people they may find it difficult to in fact pass the gallstone out through the bile duct and so may in fact have to resort to surgery in order to have them removed.

Certainly there seem to be more benefits to be gained from using a liver flush against the disadvantages.  However if you do rely solely on this type of treatment and also decide to avoid any form of conventional medical care to treat your gallstone problem this could in turn lead to more serious health issues in the future.  So it may well be worth your while discussing with your doctor any questions that you may have prior to starting a liver flush.

Here is a fantastic liver flush recipe from http://www.Energiseforlife.com:
